Utopia – UK LTD Delivery Policy
Delivery Timeframes
- All standard deliveries are made within 2–3 working days from the time an order is placed and paid for on our website.
- Please note that the first order to any new delivery destination requires up to 3 weeks to set up before dispatch. After this initial setup period, the standard 2–3 working-day delivery timeline will apply.
Delivery Charges & Minimum Order
- We deliver to the whole of the UK.
- A flat-rate delivery charge of £6.99 applies to all orders.
- The minimum order value is £300.
Reporting Delivery Issues
- Any problems with your delivery must be reported within 3 hours of receipt.
- Issues should be reported directly to the courier and also to Julia Reid by phone at 07585 082294.
Additional Information
- Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
- Orders placed outside working hours will be processed the next working day.
